In today’s business climate, administrative and human resource functions have become increasingly difficult to navigate, especially for ministries, non profits or small businesses. Some have had to close their doors or shift focus from their mission due to the amount of time and resources required to wade through the complexities of these functions.  Functions that should follow, rather than lead.

My passion and expertise is in helping ministries, non profits and small businesses align day to day tasks with their mission statement and goals. This can be accomplished by simplifying processes, policies, procedures and hiring the right people!  In addition to education and certifications, I have over 28 years of HR, Operations and Administrative proven experience. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of providing consultation for many ministries, businesses, and individuals to make positive changes that have simplified these functions.
